Sudden Death
It is with great sadness that I report the death of my BRAND NEW (less than 30 day old) Dell Computer. I came home from work the other night to find my computer would not respond. The little power button shown bright Amber color for 3 seconds at a time... the CPU/Power Supply/Graphics Card fans spun around once... and then it would die. This process repeated over and over and over again.
After several calls to Dell, I am uncertain when/if they will be able to fix my new computer (apparently parts for a computer that is brand new... are pretty scarce???)
I've already transfered all my files over to the new computer, so I'm hoping I don't have to send it back (or someone at Dell is going to get a LOT of porn!)
Until then, my posts may be scarce and sporatic. I apologize in advance, hopefully they'll find just ONE spare part (for a computer they custom built just 3 weeks ago!) and can send out some hot repair man...
